Returns & Refund Policy

Our refund policy is 21 Days. Unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange after this period. All items must be in original new condition and must not have been installed nor removed from the original packaging. Your item(s) must be returned unused and in the same new condition as you received them.

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and do not accept liability of shipping issues with your returning item(s)

To be eligible for a return

  1. You must contact us by email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Include your Name, Order Number and details of the item(s) needed to be returned.
  2. Your RMA Number must be enclosed or be clearly written on the bill of laden or outer containing package.
  3. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in the original unopened packaging.
  4. The item must be packed into a containing box to ensure no damage to the returning item or its retail packaging.

We will provide you with your RMA upon receiving your requested by email. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer/distributor as returns are not accepted at these locations.

Refunds (if applicable) send us an email
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund if the item is not returned as new. Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges of lesser value, If you receive a refunded amount, the cost of return shipping an exchanged item will be deducted from your refund.

Cancelling an Order after being placed.
Once you place your order with us we process and confirm with the appropropiate warehouse location your shipping address location and all items are in stock. Once confirmed with our warehouse, your order is placed in the shipping queue. All orders vary in timing of processing, picking and final shipping time of your order – see our Shipping Policy. It may be beyond our control to cancel or stop your order once it has reached this final stage. You will then need to return your order as outlined per our refund policy once you have received your order.

Receiving Your Order – A Shared Responsibility

We feel this is a shared responsibility to some extent. Once you receive tracking information from our website, you should keep track of its progression until you finally receive it. For shipments made to remote areas, your package(s) may be dropped off at a local Purolator Agent/Centre.
This can occur when;
1. no one is home to receive the package
2. some remote areas there is no home delivery option available.
If they tried to deliver your order, and no one was home to receive the package, normally there will be a note left indicating whether they will retry delivery next day OR where you may need to pick up your package(s). Upon local agent dropoff, you will be responsible for picking up your package(s) within 5 business days. If there is a problem to do so, contact the courier directly as per the courier note instruction-if given or CALL US so we can help you sort the issue out.

If you do not pick up/receive your package,

Ultimately it will be eventually returned to our warehouse. With a “refused or neglected-return-order”, will incur shipping and return shipping costs, processing fees and restocking charges from the warehouse. At our discretion, all shipping costs and an 18% restocking fee will be charged with this type of return. As you surely can understand, we are only trying to recoup the outside costs associated with the original purchase when the order was placed.

If you have a valid warranty claim, please make it either directly with the original manufacturer or contact us for current information for warranty issues within Canada.
